Mark is our founder and Managing Director. Having established Mark Leigh Kitchens in January 1984, we are one of the longest-established SieMatic dealerships in the UK, a partnership we are very proud of. Mark has seen many changes in the industry and continues to oversee the successful day-to-day running of the company.

Since joining Mark Leigh Kitchens in 2004, Derek has established himself as our senior sales designer, designing and delivering projects not only in the retail sector but also establishing successful relationships with developers, architects and interior designers locally and nationally.  

Rachel joined the family business in 2009 after completing a degree in business. Mark Leigh Kitchens has a special place in her heart, as she is Mark's daughter. She handles the day-to-day running of the business, including administration duties, and brings our design concepts to life through her creation of visual representations. 

With an in-depth knowledge of SieMatic and many years of design experience, Pete produces our plans, elevations and M&E drawings on AutoCAD. Alongside the CAD work Pete also creates stunning 3D visuals enabling customers to view their designs. 

Katy joined Mark Leigh Kitchens in early 2023 and is already proving to be invaluable in her role as showroom support. Ensuring our showrooms are always welcoming and ready for customers to view our SieMatic displays. Katy is also kept busy maintaining our website and social media presence.
