·         There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.

·         The prize is a Luxury M&S Christmas Hamper worth £50.  The prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

·         Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Mark Leigh Kitchens, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies or persons associated with the organising or judging of the draw.

·         Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.

·         Closing date for entries is midnight Thursday 14th December 2017.

·         The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date.

·         The winner will be notified via Facebook on Friday 15th December and published on Mark Leigh Kitchens Facebook page on Friday 22nd December.

·         The prize must be collected by the winner from Mark Leigh Kitchens Lancaster showroom by Friday 22nd December.

·         Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

·         The winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence, and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Mark Leigh Kitchens relating to any post-winning publicity.

·         No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

·         Mark Leigh Kitchens accepts no responsibility for the contents of any food and drink goods within the Christmas Hamper.

·         The promoter reserve the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the draw at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

·         The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters concerning the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
